Action Board workshop

Resolutions are great...for a few weeks. Vision boards are inspiring...until they inevitably let you down. This year, make changes that actually stick by creating an action board.

Unlike a resolution, which assumes you can change your behavior overnight and have it last a whole year, action boards offer gradual, sustainable growth.

Unlike a vision board, which is really just a collage of things you want but don't have, action boards focus on abundance rather than lack. And they shift the power in your favor - no more aimless hoping that your dreams will come true.

The best part is, you don't need to wait until January 1st to make an action board. This activity can be done any day, any time of year - whenever you're ready to crush your goals!
