It's time to become Your Brightest Self

You're invited to a space where you'll get to learn and practice the art of putting yourself first. Become the most important priority in your life and watch the landscape shift from grayscale to technicolor. You're gonna want to bring shades, because it's BRIGHT in here.

If you're like me, you have struggled with the concept of self-care. Do I really need it? What even is it? How could I possibly put myself first when so many others depend on me?

Of course you need self-care! Growing up, you likely had someone who made sure your needs were met. As an adult, that responsibility falls on you. Self-care is as simple as meeting your needs and setting your future self up for success. Simple, but not always easy. 

Trust me, you won't be able to show up for everyone else unless you show up for yourself first. You'll end up burning out, which requires literal years of recovery. Wouldn't you rather take a few minutes a day now than endure a full collapse later? Self-care has completely changed my life, and I know it'll do the same for you. Are you in?

But I already practice self-care...

I would freaking hope so! Listen, I'm not here to tell you how great a massage or a fresh haircut feels. My specialty is thinking outside the box and helping you to get more creative with your self-care practice. I want the rituals you build to be unshakable - even on the craziest day, even when your world is upside-down.

A solid self-care practice is so much more than a physical routine. Anyone can go through the motions, but if you do that even self-care may feel like a chore after a while. Just another item on the to-do list. Yuck. I'm not here for that.

I want you to feel like anything is possible. I want you to have the tools to be resourceful, energized, and un-fucking-limited...from the inside out. Self-care connects you to your highest self. It gives you purpose. It helps you to feel every ounce of the worthiness that was gifted to you at birth. 

How do you even do that?!?

The magic begins as soon as you join, because the whole universe shifts when you invest in yourself. The willingness to take that first step is a conscious admission that you are worth it. And believe me, you are. ❤

Our first call is basically a meet and greet. Show up in jammies, bring your favorite hot beverage, and get to know everyone in the group. Right off the bat, you'll have that cozy feeling of community and the realization that you're not alone. Oh, and by the way: I keep my groups small on purpose...there will be absolutely NO getting lost at sea on my watch.

Next up, it's time to get to know yourself. The better you understand who you are and how you work, the easier this self-care stuff becomes. I've got a whole arsenal (or arse-load if you're British) of tools to help you here, and I can't wait for you to dive in! Building a deeper relationship with myself has been one of the best things I've ever done, and I know you'll agree.

Each week's lesson is short and to the point. I believe in making content simple and digestible, because this program isn't about overwhelming you with information. I would much rather you experience the power of live coaching, journaling, and implementation. You know how to search the internet and read articles about self-care. But what you're getting in this container cannot be duplicated.

What makes this program so special?

It only takes a few weeks to feel massive changes. In fact, previous clients have said they already felt like a brand-new person halfway through the 8 weeks. Imagine the feeling of taking a shower after spending days outdoors, covered in sweat and dirt. The first few weeks here are meant to wash off that caked-on layer of grime and give you a fresh start. One where you're allowed to meet your needs with zero guilt, shame, or excuses.

Once we move deeper into the course content, and you've hit a stride with the journal prompts, you're going to feel unstoppable. Are all of your problems going to be resolved in 8 weeks? Of course not. But you'll be on such a trajectory of growth and expansion that you'll be ready and able to handle anything life throws at you.

Really, that's what self-care is all about. When you take good care of yourself, you feel strong and powerful. Resilient and calm. Capable and confident.

Your whole perspective shifts and you see yourself in a new light - one that you may not recognize, but you love. You understand that your worth is based strictly on your existence, and nothing more. There's nothing to earn, because you are enough exactly as you are. You deserve love, and joy, and quality of life - that's what you've spent years giving to everyone else, and it's finally your turn.

It gets to feel effortless...

The best part is, when you give these pleasures to yourself, they naturally extend to those around you. A bonfire provides light and heat without any extra effort. As long as you keep adding logs, those beautiful flames will continue to dance.

When I talk about becoming Your Brightest Self, I mean stoking that internal fire until you have SO much light and SO much heat that you absolutely cannot hold it all. You'll be happy to provide for family, friends, work...whoever and whatever needs a little of that energy. Eventually, the giving itself becomes a source of even more energy. It feels so good to be of service that even those acts become a form of self-care.

A whole new world is opening up for you. Aladdin and his flying carpet have nothing on the magic you are about to unlock. I've lived it, I've seen others experience it, and every single time it is awe-inspiring.

As if all that isn't enough...

Listen, I don't mean to sound like an infomercial, but that really isn't all.

In addition to coaching, you'll get two Reiki healing sessions. You're going to be working through a lot of stuff (that's the technical term), and being able to release what no longer benefits you is crucial to your success. Reiki helps you to do that at an energetic level - which is the foundation of your being. The version of you who completes this program is NOT going to be the same one who walked in.

There are also dozens of journal prompts that are designed to get you in touch with your subconscious. Only 10% of our thought processes are conscious, so if you want to enact real change, you need to go beneath the surface. No matter how many times I journal, I never cease to be amazed by the power of the practice.

Finally, in addition to our weekly calls, you'll get to keep me in your pocket for 2 months. Not like, a figurine version of me, which you might sit on and snap my neck. But a digital version of me...one who can answer questions, share feedback, and celebrate wins with you. I promise, you won't need to take a single step of this journey alone.

Your Brightest Self is what I wished I had when I was learning about the importance of self-care. It's the information, support, and accountability you need to shift away from just going through the motions and into living with intention. Create the life that you want instead of just playing the hand you've been dealt. Take back control and live on purpose. After all, that's what Your Brightest Self would do. 😘
